If you have any issues with your order, please advise us within 1 week of receipt of your goods. We will ask you to either return the goods at your expense or provide photographic evidence of the problem. If the goods are deemed as being faulty or mis-described, as a result of our negligence, we will either send out replacements or offer a full refund.

An order can be cancelled any time prior to despatch by contacting us by phone or email and quoting your order number. A full refund will be made.
